Added season effects though they aren't completely finished but I'll be finishing it up soon + the name list section and retirement section of the article, after that will be filling out the season's infobox + making the timeline, now if anyone has free time it'd be cool if they can check if the dissipation dates of each storm accurately align with the formation date in terms of how long each storm lasts cause I feel like I struggle with that for some reason
