Retirement

Due to extensive damage and loss of life, the names Dean, Franklin and Martin were retired by the WMO in January 2101, and replaced with the names Darren, Flora and Marilyn for the 2106 season. The names retired will never again be used for a Mediterranean tropical cyclone.
