Revision as of 13:51, 19 January 2020
The 2020 Atlantic foodcane season was the least active foodcane season in modern history, with only 6 systems recorded, 4 of which became tropical storms. Out of those, two became hurricanes. The season had the latest start and earliest end in history: the first depression formed on September 10 and the first named storm, Açaí, formed two days later on September 12. The season ended with the dissipation of Tropical Storm Durian on October 10.
