For the North Atlantic, Caribbean Sea, and Gulf of Mexico:

The Jarymi Hurricane Center and the parallel National Hurricane Center are issuing advisories on newly-formed Tropical Storm Drew, located about 150 miles north of the Virgin Islands

1. A non-tropical area of low pressure has formed in western Lake Huron, just north of Huron County, Michigan. Conditions appear marginally favorable for a tropical or subtropical depression to form during the next few days while the system meanders over Lake Huron. Regardless of development, locally heavy rain and gusty winds are likely across eastern Michigan and southwestern Ontario over the next several days, and isolated flash flooding is possible in those areas.
