ZZCC HHW/MIAT/JH/01/AL SPECIAL TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR THE NORTHERN ATLANTIC 10/05/2020, 0000Z Remarks: 1. The area of low pressure (Invest 90L) previously located near 20.5N, 80W, is now located near 20.1N, 82.4W, about 330 km S of Havana, Cuba. Animated multispectral satellite imagery indicates the continued organization of deep convection associated with the low; however, ASCAT data indicates that the system lacks an organized surface circulation. Model guidance is in excellent agreement that the low will track west and become a significant tropical cyclone in 2 days.
