On March 8, a easterly wave developed, and it was noticed by LHC. LHC thought it would be developed to a tropical storm. Eventually, on March 10, it developed to a successful tropical storm, and named Amber. But, the strong wind shear soon come, made Amber dissolved quickly. Amber crossed no damage and fatalities.

Barbara formed form an easterlywave. On May 29, it became a tropical depression and LHC thought it have chance to be a tropical storm or hurricane. Soon, it became tropical storm and it wan named "Barbara". The warm water made Barbara became a hurricane, even major hurricane. Barbara moved around and it moved northwest approaching Liyue Harbor. Liyue Hurricane Center released a hurricane warning to protect Liyue Harbor from the force of the hurricane. On June 2, Barbara landed north Liyue Harbor on 125 knots, made Liyue Harbor destroyed.Barbara crossed 4.2B USD damage and 13 fatalities.

On southern Barbara a tropical storm formed and named Chongyun. Chongyun born in high wind shear area, and it developed slowly. Actually, Chonyun dissolved near Mingyun Village crossed no damage and fatalities.

After a month, the forth hurricane formed. Diluc is formed on July 16. Due to the wund shear, Diluc formed Central Cloud Cover when it was named. On July 19, Diluc developed when the wind shear weaker. After 2-day making the eye, although the eye was ugly, it finally became a Category 4 hurricane and reached Guyun Stone Forest.LHC released hurricane warnings to Guyun Stone Forest and Guili Plains. Tropical storm warnings to Mingyun Village. On July 22,Diluc entered Bishui Lake on 65 knots.On July 24, Diluc dissolved near Wangshu Inn. Diluc crossed 1.1B USD damage and 6 fatalities.
