Medium Hurricane | 111-152MPH | Major to devastating damage, damage can range from EF3-like to low end EF5-like, replaces Category 3 and Category 4. |
Category 5 Hurricane | 152.1-187.4MPH | Devastating damage, damage will be in the EF5 range. Entire towns decimated. |
Category 6 Hurricane | 187.5MPH> | Historical damage, very few storms have reached this intensity. Entire counties completely wiped out and entire towns wiped off the face of the Earth with their people. |
