Junior Administrators (also called junior admins) can do limited administrator functions on the wiki. Essentially, they have additional tools to moderate specific parts of the community, but don't have the ability to block users.

Here's a list of what they can do:

Delete and edit article comments
Kick/ban users from the chat
Change protection levels and edit protected pages
Delete comments on blog articles
Delete pages
Edit blog articles
Edit the user interface
Have one's own edits automatically marked as patrolled
Import pages from other wikis
Mark others' edits as patrolled
Move files
Quickly rollback the edits of the last user who edited a particular page
Undelete a page
View deleted history entries, without their associated text
View deleted text and changes between deleted revisions
